KAI SKINSTAD,
REALTOR

Born in the small Norwegian town of Kongsvinger, Kai and his family moved to Bragg Creek, Alberta when he was 7 years old. Between the age of 7 and graduating from the University of Alberta in Camrose, Kai split time between Canada and Norway, attending school in Canada during the winter and working on the family farm in Norway during the summer.

Kai moved to Canmore in 2012 to pursue biathlon full-time, and performed well enough to wear the maple leaf internationally, representing Canada. After retiring from life as a full-time athlete in 2015, Kai spent a full year in Norway while deciding what the next step in his life was going to be. That year of reflection brought Kai back to one thing that has been a passion in his life ever since - working in real estate in the Bow Valley.

Kai completed his real estate licensing in 2017, and has been helping clients reach their real estate goals in Canmore for over 5 years now. Representing Century 21 in one of Canada's most beautiful cities is not only a dream come true - but is also a perfect fit for Kai's lifestyle. He enjoys cross-country skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, mountain biking, golf, and disc golf. In Canmore, the changing seasons are exciting as it offers opportunities to get involved in different seasonal activities!
